Taking place on the planes of Telara, players will roam the lands looking for Rifts, which are gateways that monsters can crawl through and enter Telara, with their main goal to conquer as much land as they can. If left unchecked, the mob of monsters increases in number and begins to march toward important landmarks within the game.

In addition to the rifts, players can also partake in dungeons and raids, much like other popular MMO's. It features many of the same styles of gameplay as well, such as PvP, PvE, and a player attribute system called a soul, where players can rank up individual skills in order to further their characters development in according to their play style; Tank, DPS, Healer, etc.,

The best part about Rift, in our opinion, is the fact that the game features over 12,000 weapons that players can use. Such a diverse selection of weaponry adds a constant sense of achievement to the game, and you are always in search of better gear.
